You may return any item to us within 7 days of receiving your original order. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all items immediately. If you feel you have received defective merchandise, we ask that you contact us within 3 days. We cannot make any exceptions after the merchandise has been in your care for a larger interval of time.

 

Want a different size? Please submit a new order for the correct size of the same item and return the incorrect size for a full refund.

 

Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered goods may be returned for store credit and must be in original packaging. We must receive your merchandise within 15 days from the date your order was placed. 

 

If items returned appear to be worn (makeup residue), scented (fragrances, smoke, etc.), damaged or are not received within 15 days from the date your order was submitted, they will be returned to the address notated on the account.

 

Final sale items cannot be exchanged or returned for refund.
